Critical Care International were commissioned to review the medical services at a client site to assist the existing medical team optimise care delivery and ensure adherence to industry best practice and contemporary medical standards. Critical Care International deployed a two person team comprised of a regional national doctor and a UK doctor.
They delivered a detailed report which identified a prioritised list of operational and strategic risks with specific mitigation measures. Having presented their findings to the client they then assisted in developing up-to-date medical protocols, improving equipment, medications and practices which resulted in a considerable improvement in the quality of medical care and reduction in overall medical risk.
